I thought I would do a different take on things and maybe share some recipes. (So give me some feedback and let me know what you think.) Who doesn't love a new recipe? This one is super easy and way yummy for these fall days that we have been having.
* 3 Cans of small diced tomatoes (for extra flavor I use stewed tomatoes)
* 1 can of White Beans
* 1 can of Black Beans
* 1 can of Kidney Beans
* 1 pkg of dry Taco Seasoning
* 1 pkg of dry Ranch Dressing
That's it! Throw it all in the Crock Pot and let it cook to season to your liking.
When you are ready to eat; top it with Shredded Cheese, Sr. Cream, and if you like dip some chips for some crunch! So yummy! (It is actually pretty healthy until I added all the optional items.)
